Born in Philadelphia, PA on December 6th, 1961, to the late Bennie Long
Jr., and Mrs. Rebecca Long, Reverend Benjamen S. Long accepted Jesus Christ
as  his Savior at the age of twenty
four, on March 23rd, 1986, at
the Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church, in El Paso TX, with the late Dr.
Harrison B. Johnson Sr., serving as Founder & Senior Pastor.
Later that same
year, after being called out, trained, and anointed, on November 23rd, Reverend Long was Ordained as Deacon.
Reverend Long
professed his receipt of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit on May 14th,
1987.
Reverend Long
acknowledged his Call and Commission to preach the Gospel on October 29th,
1989, and preached his initial sermon on December 31st, 1989
entitled “Hold On To God’s Unchanging Hand”, founded in Exodus 14:1-14.
On the same day,
Reverend Long was Licensed to preach the Gospel by the late Dr. H.B. Johnson, Sr.
Reverend Long
was Ordained through The Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church on
December 30th, 1990.
Reverend Long is a
Licensed Minister with "The
House of the Lord" church in Akron, OH.
Today, Reverend
Long stands as the founder of ChurchQuake Ministries.
In addition
to his Evangelistic Preaching assignments,
Reverend Long serves in various Ministry positions in his community. He
serves as;

Part time Chaplain with the Haven of Rest Mission in Akron OH, where he
regularly Ministers every month in chapel services, as well as being on
call. |

Reverend Long
enjoys gospel music, reading, cooking, playing chess, studying classic
sermons, and running his Computer Consulting practice (www.resourceoneconsulting.com), but most of all he
loves the Lord, his family, the people of God, preaching and teaching the
Word of God, experiencing genuine worship and ministering to hurting people
at their level of need.
Reverend Long is
a proud father of four daughters. Chavonne Wright (estranged),
Dionne "brownshuga" Long, Hayden "nichole" Long and Hannah "britt" Long.
Reverend Long
relies on the Holy Spirit, as well as his own personal sense of history and
experience to equip him to effectively and humbly Minister to God’s people.
